TERMS OF SERVICE and MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT


The Quezly Terms of Service and Membership Agreement sets out the terms under which you are authorised by the Quezly Developer Team ("Quezly", "We") to use and benefit from our products, websites and other services.


Support Requests

  • Please pay attention to your tone and maintain a respectful manner in your support requests.
  • Kindly wait for your turn in the support queue and refrain from sending messages in a spam-like manner to the authorities. Otherwise, you will be banned from our Discord server.

Custom Orders

  • Before placing a custom order, provide detailed specifications. Incomplete information may result in additional charges.
  • A 50% upfront payment is required for custom orders. In some cases, this may be 100%.
  • Additional fees may be applied in case of delays in the remaining 50% payment for custom orders.

Support Rights

  • You have the right to open support requests for all matters related to the services you've received. Support requests can be made through our website or Discord server.

Handling Support Requests

  • Answer questions asked of you in a clear and concise manner. Failure to do so may result in liability in case of disputes.

Product Usage and Sharing

  • Sharing or selling the products you've purchased with others is prohibited. Sharing by your partners concerns the purchaser.

Discount Coupons and Giveaways

  • You are the sole user of the discount codes you possess and the services won through giveaways cannot be transferred to others.

Refund Policy

  • Insufficient questioning about pre-made products and requests like "I want a refund" are not valid reasons for a refund.
  • Customers are required to inquire about all details regarding pre-made products before purchasing.
  • You must have read this contract before purchasing any product. By purchasing a product, you are deemed to have read and accepted all the above terms.
